Thoughts from Luke 19 (Putting wrongs right)

Zacchaeus offered to pay back what he had stolen, with extra on top. Restitution is an indicator that someone had truly undergone a change of heart. It’s easier to say I’m sorry’ and leave it at that. But true sorrow will involve putting wrongs right.
Whether it involves possessions or if it’s a relationship issue, if we want to live with a clear conscience and a right spirit, then we have to seek to put things right.
