Thoughts from Acts 25 (Standing your ground)

With all manner of plots, plans and accusations against him, Paul stood his ground. But he did so in a determined and persistent way without dropping to the level of his accusers.
That’s the danger of engaging with our ‘enemies’, if we’re not careful it can become a slanging match. Social media is made for that and before you know it you’re in a row where the world is looking in. And probably laughing.
Stand your ground but do it in such a way that avoids embarrassment. That means not airing our dirty washing in public, for one.
