Hot favourites Allstar Lions continued with their 100% winning start to the season as they beat Church On The Rock FC. And in some style as well, as they scored 13 in the process, conceding just one. Carl Jukes’ comment on the match sheet says it all really: ‘Tough night against a very good team’. They have now found the net 40 times in 4 games – that’s a phenomenal launch as they defend their treble from last season. In-form Aaron Lloyd scored a hat-trick, as did Matt Nicholls.

Meanwhile, the other semi-final places are all up for the grabs and there are just 3 points separating 5 teams. Brandhall lead the pack, but the point-apiece for Kingsbourne and Crestwood also puts them both in the driving seat.

Crestwood Town FC 3     Alex Perry (2), Callum Archer     MOTM: Joe Culley

Kingsbourne 3     Jake Spear, Rob Pain, Josh Lees     MOTM: Luke Ellis

It was a very close game between Tipton and United FC but it was the latter who edged a nine-goal thriller. Nick Harrold grabbed a hat-trick to register the first ever win for Rob Bradley’s boys. Just outside the cut-off at the moment, there’s definitely a good chance they can make the semis.

Tipton Family Church FC 4     Craig Eccleston (2), Robin Davies, Alex Fice     MOTM: Robin Davies

United FC 5     Nick Harrold (3), Matthew Potts, Arron Worrall     MOTM: Arron Worrall
