Thoughts from Ephesians 2 (Reconciliation through Calvary)

The cross reconciles, it brings people together. Not only did it draw in Jews and Gentiles 2,000 years ago, it still breaks down barriers today. And not just on a big-scale either, but in individual situations.
Even in the most broken of relationships there is hope when the cross is involved. Although of course, it’s not a piece of magical wood that puts right the wrongs. It’s when we open up to Him and allow what happened at Calvary to become real in our lives, that the healing begins.
