ALL STARS BACK ON TOP (SICM Sevens)

Last night, courtesy of a 6-1 victory over Gems FC, Allstars went back to the top of the league. It’s really tight with a two-horse battle on the cards along with West Midlands Village. The teams are separated just by goal difference, although as the table indicates Allstars are dominant on that front.

In the other fixture, bottom team Tipton again failed to pick up anything as they were beaten by LS Galaxy this time round. The deducted points for a cancelled game show how important it is to put a team out even if it’s weakened. Galaxy would be much closer to the top two othwerwise.

Allstars 03   6   none entered

Gems FC  1 none entered

LS Galaxy  9     Rob James (4), Dave Law (2), Chris Perry, Nick Harrold, Robin Davies     MOTM: Dave Law

Tipton Family Church FC  1     Rob Bradley     MOTM: Mark McCann

Interested in entering a team? Why not play a friendly to test the water? We’ve got a cup competition coming up in March so it’s an ideal time to get a game in. Contact: stewartbloor@outlook.com
